With decades of experience in the fitness industry, I’ve come to deeply appreciate the power of strength training—especially as we age.
By our mid to late 30s, we naturally begin to lose muscle mass and experience a decline in hormone levels, which leads to a weaker, less functional body. I didn’t fully understand the profound benefits of this lifestyle until I reached my early 50s. It was then that I’d meet healthy, vibrant clients and assume we were the same age—only to discover I was often a decade older, yet years younger in presentation and physical ability.
So what truly matters if you want to age well and live a vibrant, meaningful life?
- Consistent strength training
- Nervous system regulation
- Nourishment from real food—including meat
- The ability to love and be loved
- A childlike wonder about the world
- A purpose that drives contribution
- Trust—in yourself, in life, in something greater
If this speaks to you and you’re ready to take a more empowered, embodied approach to aging, I’d love to connect. Reach out—let’s talk about how I can support your next chapter.
